The only name floating around at this time is Delgado from what I've read. And where there is smoke there is often fire imo. The bottom line in New York, is that a forward is very much needed. The Eskandarian talk has been shot down by Mo, and Conor Casey isn't going anywhere, so all the Toronto scenarios don;t seem likely at this point. If I recall correctly didn;t Bruce Arena say that the next DP will help address the Hispanic market when asked by a journalist at the Claudio Reyna presser??? As for the Federation holding him up - perhaps a good thing for New York fans if they expect their team to use the DP on a higher profile player.TORONTO FC SUPERFANhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08845234224530408222noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6747047552156020653.post-28583539652912961262007-02-22T06:22:00.000-08:002007-02-22T06:22:00.000-08:00Any chance the Ecuadorian Federation doesn't appro...Any chance the Ecuadorian Federation doesn't approve Delgado's transfer?? He is suspended for a year, they may want to uphold that.

If he does go to New York, that's a whole lotta potential problems for Arena!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
