TORONTO TO UNVEIL NEW JERSEY TODAY...
Its very interesting that Toronto FC are set to unveil their new jerseys today, as I was under the impression they had already done so last year. Of course with the announcement taking place at the Bank of Montreal (BMO), one might suggest the BMO sponsorship might be extended to the front of the jerseys as well. I was hoping Toronto would play at least one year with Toronto FC across the chest, in order to grow an identity within the marketplace for those unfamiliar with the jersey sponsorships so common in soccer. Maurice Edu will be in attendance for the unveiling.

with a full slate of season ticket holders and what seems to be a lot of interest, i think people are beginning to become quite familiar anyways...
I agree....a year without a sponsor would have been nice. But a fledgling club needs the funds to build.
